Jon founded LRO in 2025 and is a qualified accountant with a wealth of experience across Business.

Currently Jon services our portfolio clients and ensures the CFO is kept in line.

Nicola Sturgess

Nicola has 18 years of experience within Financial Services.

She joined LRO in 2026 to deliver Outsourced Paraplanning Services to the Wealth Management Sector. 

 

Teddy

Teddy is our CFO - Chief Fun Officer.  

Ted joined the company on day one and is happy to be paid in bones and chewy toys.
